I took over the recruitment process for the open roles at Berry Global. This gave me a clear mandate to be fully responsible for recruitment cycle. I worked with two strategies: online sourcing and sponsoring. These two strategies , in this assignment, were enough to fill the 5 open vacancies.
The goal was quite clear. Berry Global had a number of 5 vacancies that they needed help to fill. Berry Global was looking for a Corporate Recruiter to fill these vacancies. These vacancies consisted of: EHS Manager, Automation Engineers and Technicians.
By the end of my 6-month assignment, all 5 vacancies that I initially needed to fill, were filled. Three were filled via Linkedin Sourcing, one was filled via a jobboard, and one was an international applicant. Unfortunately, one hire eventually did not start.
