Voor Morgen Recruitment Marketing creates campaigns aimed at generating leads for vacancies that are difficult to fill. We do this via Facebook and Instagram. I help with setting up campaigns, customer contact and following up on candidates. I specialize in technical customers, vacancies and candidates.

The collaboration has been going very well from the start, I take on the recruitment part and have a role in the campaign itself. Anne (the owner of Voor Morgen) is in charge of the campaign. To date, we have been able to fill 5 vacancies in this way.
I have been affiliated with Voor Morgen since approximately June 2023. The company was growing and was looking to expand the recruitment piece. I was the first to join, with more freelance recruiters after me. The challenge lay in organizing the work, efficiency, and building contacts with the customer.

Within a year we were able to fill 5 vacancies and we have grown considerably in our efficiency. With a fixed way of working, we support customers from all over the Netherlands in finding suitable staff.
